The result. A consumer brand’s HubSpot rebuilt end to end around how the whole business works, with sales, marketing, customer service and the exec team aligned on one platform, now an ongoing partnership powering a website rebuild and D2C launch.
The challenge
An established consumer brand was investing heavily in HubSpot, around £40,000 a year, but the platform was not working as hard as that spend deserved. It had grown over time without a single, deliberate design, and the result was a setup that did not properly serve any one team, let alone all of them at once. Sales, marketing, customer service and the executive leadership team each needed something different from it, and none were getting the full picture.
The approach
We started with a full analysis of the existing portal, then rebuilt it end to end around how the business actually operates. Crucially this was a whole-business rebuild, not a single-team project. We worked with every department, sales, marketing, customer service and the exec leadership team, so the platform reflects how the whole organisation sells, serves and makes decisions, and so the reporting each team relies on comes from one trusted source.
We then ran training across all of those departments. A rebuild only pays off if people use it, so we brought each team along with role-based training rather than handing over a configured portal and hoping for the best.
Where it is now
This is an ongoing partnership rather than a one-off project. We currently:
- Manage their HubSpot day to day, in effect acting as their CRM team
- Are rebuilding their entire online presence
- Are supporting the launch of their new direct-to-consumer (D2C) product range
That is the kind of work HubSpot is built for: not a single setup, but a platform that keeps evolving with the business, with someone who knows it inside out keeping it healthy and pushing it forward.
What this could look like for you
If you are investing real money in HubSpot but it still does not feel like it is pulling its weight across every team, a proper analysis and rebuild can turn it into the single source of truth the whole business runs on. The shape is different for every organisation, which is exactly the point. If that sounds familiar, get in touch and we can talk it through.
