Pricing & how we work
Clear rates, scoped to the work
We keep it simple: a transparent day rate, with everything larger scoped to a fixed price. We are not the cheapest, and that is deliberate, because we build things so you are not dependent on us. You always get a written scope and price before any work begins.
How does HubPilot price its work?
Simply. Our time is £400 for a half day and from £650 for a full day of eight hours, with any unused time banked rather than lost. Larger pieces of work, projects and ongoing support, are scoped to the job and quoted up front, as a fixed price or a monthly arrangement, before anything starts. Urgent and overnight delivery is available when you need it.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a HubSpot consultant cost in the UK?
It depends on the work, but our rates are simple: £400 for a half day and from £650 for a full day of eight hours. Larger projects and ongoing support are scoped to the job and quoted up front, as a fixed price or a monthly arrangement. Scope drives the price, so the quickest way to a real number is a short call. What is the smallest piece of work you will take on?
A £400 half day is the smallest booking. If something is genuinely tiny it is still worth booking time for, and any time you do not use is banked for later rather than lost. You are never charged less just to be the cheapest option; you get banked time instead.
Can you turn work around urgently or out of hours?
Yes. A standard day is eight hours, but deadlines do not always fall in office hours. When something business-critical breaks, or you need work live for the morning, we can take on out-of-hours and overnight delivery to hit the deadline. If it is urgent, just ask.
Why are you sometimes more expensive than other options?
Because we build things so you are not dependent on us. Wherever it makes sense we create reusable modules, documentation and self-service tools so your team can make changes themselves, rather than paying us for every small one. If you would prefer we handle everything, we are happy to. The choice is yours.
Do you charge for an initial call?
No. The first call is free and there is no obligation. It exists so we can both work out whether the fit is right and what the best next step is, even if that step is not working with us.
How do you quote larger work?
We talk through what you need, scope it properly, then give you a clear written scope and a fixed price or monthly arrangement before any work begins. No surprise change requests without your sign-off. HubSpot licence fees are separate and paid directly to HubSpot.
