How does HubPilot price its work?

HubPilot works in four ways: a fixed-price audit (from around £1,500), defined projects priced by scope (from around £3,500), monthly retainers for ongoing work (from around £1,200), and ad hoc day-rate time. Every engagement comes with a clear written scope and price up front. Figures here are indicative; the exact price depends on your hubs, data and goals.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a HubSpot consultant cost in the UK?

It depends on the engagement. A fixed-scope audit typically starts around £1,500, implementation projects from a few thousand pounds upwards depending on complexity, and monthly retainers from around £1,200. The honest answer is that scope drives price, so the best way to get a real number is a short call. See how much HubSpot onboarding costs for a fuller breakdown.

Do you charge for an initial call?

No. The first call is free and there is no obligation. It exists so we can both work out whether the fit is right and what the best next step is, even if that step is not working with me.

Fixed price or day rate, which is better?

For a well-defined piece of work, fixed price gives you certainty, which is why most projects are priced that way. For open-ended optimisation or ad hoc help, a retainer or day rate is more flexible. I will recommend whichever genuinely suits the work.

Are these prices final?

The figures here are indicative starting points to help you budget, not quotes. Your actual price depends on scope, the number of hubs and the state of your data. You will always get a clear, written scope and price before any work begins.

What is and isn't included?

Every proposal sets out exactly what is included, the deliverables, the timeline and any assumptions. HubSpot licence costs are separate and paid by you directly to HubSpot. There are no hidden fees and no surprise change requests without your sign-off.
